Much like other personality inventories, the Kolbe Index helps in revealing core strengths and show you information about how to manage time, careers, obstacles and communication methods to fit with those strengths. And all that for only $49.95.
Off the Kolbe site, it describes the “Kolbe A” as : Measures your instinctive method of operation which allows you to be most productive and satisfied.
I turned out to be a Pioneer which, I feel, is pretty dead on for me.
