so, I’m going through my CD collection the other day (which is hidden away in the depths of my closet) looking for some bands I hadn’t heard in a while. Well, I came across my CD of The Muffs ‘Happy Birthday to Me’.

The Muffs are what punk is and should be….nothing fancy just loud guitars, screamin’ vocals and a whole lot of fun. Check out the video below from the afore mentioned album

Ok, so I’ve been frustrated in the past with having to create playlists in iTunes. I wanted to be able to select a group of files, right-click and instantly create a playlist from the selection. Or, at the very least use the file menu and have a “Create playlist from selection” or something like that.

To me, having to create a new playlist and type out the name of the album and then select and drag the files into that new playlist. I also searched the web looking for help or info and never found anything satisfactory.

Well, after playing around with iTunes, I figured out how to do it. You just select the files from the album you want to create the playlist for and drag them onto the playlist tree. It will instantly create a new playlist with the name of the artist and album.

I know that some of you “smart” guys out there probably knew this already but I’m tryin’ to help out my fellow unsophisticated PC users.

So, for a while I’ve been wanting to get one of the robotic vacuum cleaners but was a little worried they were no more than an entertainment device for the cat or dog. Worried that they didn’t perform well or were more gimic than cleaner, I held off.

That is until I read a review from my good buddy MT.net!

I “sucked” up a Roomba 530 off of eBay for a much better price and should be getting it sometime next week.

According to this Forbes article, the Audi A3 is the best car for people who love in urban areas.

Now back a year and half ago when I was looking for a new car, I didn’t even really know what the A3 was. I did a bunch of research and had a laundry list of features I wanted; stylish, sporty, a little room for equipment and Brooklyn, good gas mileage, within budget. I got a used one with about 15k miles on it. I have to say, I love my car. This is probably my favorite car I’ve had. Not only does it fit the bill for all my needs but it also has a really good navigation system. Its been VERY helpful.

So, if you’re looking to get a fun, stylish car that also can hold a little bit of cargo, the A3 is the car for you!

Well, I found this article on Digg about the NC DMV letting someone register the personal license plate “2GRL1CUP”.

Either someone has a sense of humor down there or they’re not up on their knowledge of sites containing filthy, disgusting, inhuman sexual acts.

Richard Zednik had to have emergency procedures to save him after his carotid artery was slashed by a teammates skate. You can read the article here but you can also see the video here. Reports say he’s in stable condition and will be fine. That’s some scary stuff.

Although you might wince at that video, the worst had to have been the goalie for the Buffalo Sabres who got his jugular cut. Here is the video but BE WARNED…its pretty nasty!

Sometimes you have to fight like hell to keep something going!!! Sometimes, you just need to let it go…
